Challenge
One of the primary challenges faced during the development of QRP+ Mobile was ensuring seamless access to a large pool of pharmacists and technicians across Canada for shift hiring. Managing a vast database of professionals, maintaining real-time availability updates, and providing an intuitive user experience presented significant logistical and technical hurdles.
Solution
To overcome these challenges, we implemented robust backend systems and algorithms to efficiently manage and update the database of pharmacists and technicians. Leveraging cloud-based technologies, we ensured scalability and reliability, enabling the platform to handle high volumes of user traffic and data transactions. Additionally, we designed user-friendly interfaces and intuitive search functionalities that enable employers to quickly find and hire qualified professionals for their shifts.
